Kate Heaney joined CBRE in 2013 as the Global Alliance Director for the Macquarie account, before moving into her current role as Pacific Head of Client Care in 2016. A member of the Pacific Executive Committee, Kate is also CBRE’s executive lead on Build to Rent (BTR), a bourgeoning asset class in the Australian property sector. Over the past 18 months, Kate has built and led the Client Care program and BTR Committee, coordinating and overseeing CBRE’s BTR activity for the region.
As Head of Client Care, Kate is responsible for providing our clients with optimum service and results, ensuring best practice client care across the firm. By focusing on better understanding our clients’ needs, Kate guarantees clients receive the best support and services available. Kate continues to build and drive client performance and relationship growth by working closely with all business lines.
