Kire works in the Melbourne Office and is responsible for the valuations of hotels, gaming venues and various licensed premises in the Melbourne CBD, Metropolitan Melbourne and throughout Victoria with a strong emphasis on the Pub Market in both gaming and non gaming venues valuing Freehold Going Concern, Freehold and Business Interests.
Kire has been involved in the valuation of a number of high profile properties. Areas of specialisation include Rent Reviews, Motels, Backpackers, Reception Centres, Licensed Clubs and Childcare Centres.
Kire commenced working at CBRE in 1999 having qualified as a Certified Practicing Valuer in March 2003 having specialised exclusively in Hotels & Leisure valuations.
