Liam is part of CBRE’s Alternative Assets valuation team which operates throughout Australia and New Zealand. Liam has extensive experience across the valuation and advisory of alternative assets throughout Australia, with significant experience in caravan parks, land lease communities, child care centres, medical centres and service stations.
He has developed a strong reputation in the alternatives space, advising institutional and private clients on portfolio transactions, acquisitions, financing and strategic valuation assignments. He also undertakes supply and demand studies, benchmarking analysis, insurance rating, market rent assessments and complex development feasibilities.
