Liam McNamara is an Associate Director in CBRE's Government Advisory Division, with more than 10 years of experience in Rating, Taxation and Government Advisory services. He has served as Responsible Valuer under the Valuation of Land Act, overseeing annual statutory revaluations and representing both Councils and the Valuer-General of Victoria at VCAT.
