Lincoln is the Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s Western Australian Business, responsible for generating real advantage to our clients through the delivery of excellent service, connecting our network and leveraging off our global resources and platform. Additionally driving the performance and growth of a broad cross section of service lines including Capital Markets, Leasing, Property Management, Valuations, Project Management and Occupier across all sectors is a key focus.
Lincoln is a member of CBRE’s Pacific Executive Committee, which guides the operations, enterprise business development and growth strategies for CBRE across Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to Lincoln’s current assignment he held the position of Head of Asset Services, Western Australia responsible for managing the Office, Retail and Industrial asset services departments, in particular overseeing the coordination and implementation of the asset management, leasing, sustainability and marketing strategies of a portfolio in excess of $5billion.
