Malcolm has over 40 years of experience across multiple disciplines in the Property Industry. As a National Director of the Health & Higher Education Project Management Team, Malcolm delivers expert leadership to major projects, with a particular focus in Project Initiation, Feasibility Reports, Business Cases, Operational Reform, Design, Procurement and Project delivery.
In addition to this, he also possesses extensive experience and understanding in alternate forms of procurement and financial structuring involving the private sector.
Malcolm’s role involves strategic leadership of the business through collaboration with co-directors, leading new business opportunities in health, higher education and other selected markets, in addition to providing leadership and input to projects on behalf of our clients.
