Manuel relocated to Australia in 2012 and previously worked as a Registered Architect in Spain since 2004. His experience in Australia includes working as an Associate Director for KPMG SGA for over 3 and a half years, and as a Senior Manager for Macutex for almost 5 years.
Since joining CBRE Australia in May 2021, Manuel has contributed to the design, development and implementation of the 3D Scanning services capabilities across the business. As part of his role, Manuel has provided technical expert building consultancy advice and 3D Scanning services across all property sectors and asset classes. He has worked on some of the largest property transactions and assets in Australia, assisting private, institutional and overseas clients understanding the physical risks and costs associated with property.
