Mark has been dealing in the Asia Pacific property market since the beginning of 2004, having had responsibility for significant lease acquisition and disposition transactions within Australia over the past 19years.
Mark is a Senior Director of CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services, Occupier team and is recognised as a market leader in representing industrial occupiers on large scale commercial & industrial transactions throughout the Pacific region. Over the past five years Mark has partnered with Amazon procuring a national network of over 20 properties for AMZ's first mile, middle mile and last mile businesses. Of significance, Mark spent three years procuring Amazon's first Multi-Level Robotic Fulfillment Centre with an area of 200,000sqm making the building the largest warehouse in the southern hemisphere.
Mark specialises in strategic portfolio advice, lease acquisitions, lease renewals, lease renegotiations, design and construct pre-lease development sourcing and negotiations, rent review negotiations and land acquisitions for Australian based industrial & logistics occupiers, data centre operators and business park tenants.
Mark's service involves him acting as an extension of an occupier’s business and partnering with them to drive value to their organisation by striving to reduce gross occupancy costs and risk exposure within leases across their facilities.
