Mars is the Director of Retirement and Healthcare in Victoria for CBRE. He had previously valued a wide range of asset classes in the industry, which includes valuing child care centres, industrial, retail, and commercial property.
Mars has over 12 years’ experience in the property industry, which included his time as a residential real estate agent earlier on in his career. The first 3-4 years of his valuation career have been at local government level, valuing a wide array of assets from residential, commercial, industrial and retail.
Upon obtaining his qualification as Certified Practising Valuer, he has dedicated his career into commercial property valuation at Fitzroys and for almost 6 years and more recently as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield for just under 3 years.
