Mason is a specialist in waste management and conducting NABERS assessments. He has a proven record for delivering data-driven insights to create actionable recommendations for clients. Mason started in the industry as a Waste Management Consultant where he worked alongside various REITs, including Stockland, GPT, Dexus, Growthpoint Properties and local councils. His projects encompassed NABERS Waste ratings, waste audits, development of waste management strategies, dataset integration, and tenant engagement initiatives to improve waste management plans. He was one of the first NABERS Waste Accredited Assessors in Australia. His experience today extends across monitoring asset performance, driving improvements in waste management, energy usage efficiency, and water usage efficiency. He excels in stringent data collation, close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and effective time management to ensure thorough and accurate outcomes for clients.
