Director in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team with 15+ years’ experience across private credit, capital structuring, valuation and property development. I began my career as a Certified Practicing Valuer, building strong analytical and asset‑level fundamentals. Transitioned into development with Costa Property Group, gaining significant exposure to private credit. In this role I delivered feasibility, planning, acquisitions and due diligence, while also playing a key role in the group’s lending activities, including credit assessment, origination and loan documentation.
