With a career spanning two decades, Matt has been a dedicated professional in the property valuation industry since 2005. He completed a Graduate Diploma in Property and Planning at University of Technology Sydney and has worked as a Property Valuer since 2005.
Since joining CBRE in 2011, Matt has dedicated his focus and attention on the valuation of prestige residential and rural properties across Sydney with focus on the Lower North Shore of Sydney, Upper North Shore of Sydney, and North-West Sydney.
In his current position, Matt is Head of Prestige Residential Valuations and manages a broad team of high quality, professional property Valuers who provide leading valuation services to a variety of prestige clientele catering to the needs of major banks, financial institutions, legal and accounting firms as well as private clients for general reporting and advice purposes. His team is committed to delivering unrivalled customer service, quality control and professional integrity.
Matt has previously held a position within the CBRE Quality and Risk Management team where he continues to provide expert opinions and feedback on prestige valuations that adhere to the scrutiny of both financial and legal assessments.
Matt has in depth knowledge of the property industry and undertakes continuing professional development studies as part of his Fellow membership with the Australian Property Institute.
