Matthew is a State Director within the Industrial & Logistics, division focussing on the Queensland Industrial Markets.
Matthew has over 20 years of property experience and is the State Director and Head of Industrial for the CBRE Brisbane industrial team. Matthew’s experience and depth of knowledge has enabled him to complete some of the most significant leasing and sales transactions across the Greater Brisbane Market. Specific areas of expertise include large scale leasing and design and construct transactions (AFL and Lease), development site sales, premium capital markets transactions, feasibility studies, financial analysis and forward funded investment disposals.
