Michael O'Neill

Michael joined the Industrial and Logistics Services division of CBRE in February 2006, based at their Parramatta office. During this time, Michael completed his Masters in Property Analysis and Development and was elevated to the role of NSW Senior Director of Industrial. Michael completed his thesis on the remediation of contaminated industrial sites. Michael specialises in larger site sales and leasing campaigns and has a strong track record with intermodals and in regional locations. Michael is currently working on industrial sales and leasing focussing on the Central West. CBRE’s Central West team has enjoyed a market share of approximately 60% for the past 5 years. The NSW Industrial Team has grown to a team of 30 across 3 offices including South Sydney, West Sydney & North Sydney. In 2019 Michael was appointed Managing Director of the Western Sydney office.
