Nathan is an experienced property professional with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Nathan has 15 years of direct property related experience with 10 years in valuation industry throughout regional and Metropolitan Australia.
Nathan has primarily specialised in the valuation of residential property including prestige residential, rural lifestyle, small scale development, display homes, student accommodation, serviced apartments and sets of flats for purposes including mortgage security, taxation, pre-sale and purchase and family law.
Nathan has undertaken valuations for a variety of clients including mortgage and non-mortgage lenders, accountants, lawyers, financial advisors and private clients.
Along with his high proficient technical skills Nathan is a well-established leader with a strong ability to lead and develop teams. He activity contributes to broader property industry currently serving as a state committee member for the Australian Property Institute.
