Ned has over eight years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, having worked across the Australian, United Kingdom, and wider European markets. The mix of local and international experience has provided him with a sophisticated and diverse understanding of property markets, occupier strategies, and the financial structures that underpin complex transactions.

During his six years leading Amazon’s expansion program across the UK, Ned managed the rollout of fulfilment centres and last-mile delivery stations. His work spanned freehold acquisitions, leasehold transactions, renewals, and strategic portfolio advisory. Acting on behalf of one of the world’s largest occupiers, he gained a deep understanding of how to deliver value across all stages of a development transaction, from initial strategy and site selection through to deal execution and project delivery.

This experience has equipped Ned with a strong understanding of the financial and commercial mechanics behind bespoke lease structures, enabling him to provide informed, strategic advice to clients on both immediate accommodation requirements and pre-lease transactions.

Working with a diverse range of clients, across multiple regions, has allowed Ned to develop a strong appreciation of global and local occupier dynamics within the industrial and logistics sector. He delivers value-add consultancy across all aspects of tenant representation including acquisitions, lease negotiations, rent reviews, and strategic portfolio planning, ensuring outcomes that align with his clients’ long-term operational goals.
