Ned has worked in the CBRE Metropolitan Investments team since 2018, brokering over 110 deals totalling more than $250,000,000 for a range of private and corporate vendors across South Australia. Thanks to this strong track record and his extensive South Australian client base, Ned has rapidly progressed to lead the CBRE SA Metro Team and become one of the leading Metro Investment Agents in the SA commercial property market. Ned’s performance history and his upbeat, personable manner have led to frequent word-of-mouth work and multiple repeat clients.
In addition to his current role, Ned is CBRE Adelaide’s in-house Auctioneer, a role he is passionate about and that has proved to be a key point of difference in the market assisting in his success.
Ned is highly motivated to learn and understand every corner of the market. He loves his job (almost as much as his golf!) & has real estate in his blood, finding the industry after taking an interest in his father’s career, which also started at CBRE back in the 1980s!
