Nick Drake is Joint Head of Office Leasing for Victoria at CBRE, based in Melbourne. He joined CBRE in July 2026, bringing more than 18 years of specialist commercial property experience to strengthen the firm's Victorian leasing platform and its national client offering.
Prior to joining CBRE Nick was with JLL for more than 18 years where he advised a wide range of institutional and private clients on strategic leasing across their portfolios throughout the Melbourne CBD, Docklands and Southbank markets. In 2019 he was appointed JLL’s Joint Head of Office Leasing, Victoria, co-leading a team specialising in the marketing and leasing of commercial assets across Melbourne.
Throughout his career, Nick has played a pivotal role in the leasing success of some of Melbourne's most prominent commercial buildings, including the likes of 101 Collins Street, Rialto, Bourke Place, East End Place, Melbourne Quarter, 567 Collins Street and 435 Bourke Street.
Nick has a client-focused, strategic approach which has made him a trusted advisor to leading landlords, developers and investors across the Victorian market.
