Nick Kennedy is a Senior Negotiator of CBRE Gold Coast’s Private Wealth team and boasts over 7 years’ experience in valuations, analytics, and agency across QLD and NSW. During his career, he has developed extensive industry relationships and gained experience in both valuation & advisory services and capital markets transactions.
Nick’s former role as a Registered Valuer at CBRE involved the valuation and advisory of various types of asset classes with a key focus on retail assets. Nick subsequently transitioned into the Retail Investments team in Brisbane as a Senior Analyst where he facilitated the transaction of sub-regional, neighbourhood, LFR, childcare, fast food, and service station assets.
Nick now services the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region with a focus on commercial investments and development sites, where he is determined to achieve the best possible result for his clients.
