Paige is the Director of the Gold Coast commercial valuation team. She specialises in the valuation of service stations, leased childcare centres, fast food assets, retail shopping centres, commercial properties and development feasibilities across Queensland. Paige’s past experience includes the valuation of going concern properties such as childcare centres, motels, hotels, backpackers and caravan parks, as well as residential development projects and feasibilities.
Paige has worked in the valuation industry for over 20 years, has a wealth of experience and undertakes valuations for a range of banks, institutions and private clients.
