Patrick Noone has been with CBRE for six years and specialises in selling and leasing land and warehouses within the wider South East industrial market. His core focus has been the ‘middle markets’ (buildings sub 4,000sqm) where his track record in Dandenong South, Hallam, Cranbourne West and Pakenham speak for itself.
More recently, Patrick has taken on a leadership role within the broader VIC Industrial business representing the middle markets team. His focus still remains in this space, but has progressed to running larger occupier RFI’s, acting as the lead agent on land subdivisions and focusing more on CBRE’s institutional clients playing in this space.
