Paul Fraser specialises in the sale of large-format pubs, taverns and accommodation assets across Queensland.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Paul brings extensive operational and transactional expertise to the sector. Throughout his brokerage career, he has been involved in approximately $700 million of hospitality transactions, establishing a strong track record across both individual asset and portfolio sales.
Having previously operated a portfolio of high-profile Queensland pubs, Paul has an intimate understanding of pub operations, underlying business performance and the key value drivers considered by owners, operators and investors. This experience, combined with his extensive industry network, provides Paul with a highly specialised understanding of the Queensland pub and hospitality investment market.
Paul has been responsible for a number of significant hospitality transactions across Queensland, including the six-venue Mantle Group portfolio, Hotel HQ Underwood, Orion Hotel Springfield and Club Hotel Waterford.
His depth of industry knowledge, established buyer relationships and transaction experience enable Paul to provide strategic advice throughout the sales process, from asset positioning and buyer identification through to negotiation and execution.
