Paul leads CBRE’s South Australian Industrial and Logistics team, working across Sales & Leasing.
Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, and has specialised in the Industrial & Logistics sector for over 10 years, with a particular focus on institutional investment grade assets.
Prior to his current role Paul led the CBRE’s South Australian Commercial Valuations team, managing a market leading team and providing valuations for financial reporting, mortgage security, investment and divestment, determination and litigation purposes.
