Peter joined CBRE in January 2019 as an Associated Director and has over 25 years' experience in Construction and Property Industries. Prior to joining CBRE Peter worked for Napier & Blakeley as NSW Tax Business Unit Manager, managing the NSW team and preparing tax depreciation schedules, asset registers and reinstatement cost assessments across all property sectors across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
Peter specialises in property portfolio management assessing the capital allowances throughout the life cycle of clients' investment properties from acquisition / development; refurbishment/redevelopment; tenancy turnovers through to disposal / re-development.
