Peter joined CBRE in January 2019 and currently leads the Tax Depreciation Consultancy business line across the Pacific region.
Peter has over 30 years’ experience in Project Coordination, Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Fixed Asset Management and Tax Depreciation.
As the Director of the Tax Depreciation Consultancy business, Peter leads a team of specialist quantity surveyors in a diverse range of depreciation and fixed asset management projects to clients within the commercial, retail, industrial and hotel sectors.
Peter and his team specialise in the delivery of property portfolio management assessing the capital allowances throughout the life cycle of clients investment properties from acquisition to disposal including the integration of asset registers.
