Rosie Young is a Director with CBRE Hotels Asia Pacific, based in Sydney, Australia specialising in the valuation of purpose built student accommodation (PBSA).
Rosie has worked in commercial property for 18 years. For the last 13 years Rosie has specialised in the PBSA market, first in the UK and now in Australia. Rosie has provided advice to some of the leading student accommodation providers, investors and developers and has experience in valuations and development appraisals for both purpose built and conversion properties. Rosie has valued PBSA properties across all the main markets in Australia.
Rosie is a member of the Australian Property Institute and is a Certified Valuer. She is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an RICS registered valuer. Rosie joined CBRE in 2012 and relocated to Australia in 2018.
