Sam is a Director in CBRE’s Valuations & Advisory Services business. Sam leads CBRE’s national specialist disability accommodation (SDA) business line, providing valuation advice for first mortgage security, pre-acquisition due diligence and consultancy purposes; and providing lead valuations analysis, portfolio management and peer review of all SDA valuation reports that are completed by CBRE. Sam joined CBRE in March 2014, and in addition to specialising in the valuation of SDA projects, also specialises in the valuation of a range of healthcare/infrastructure assets including hospitals, aged care facilities and retirement villages; and tourism and hospitality assets including hotels, pubs and caravan parks.
