Sam specialises in the valuation of pastoral grazing holdings, irrigated and dryland cropping parcels, dairies, permanent tree crop assets and other horticultural development, with his geographic focus typically encompassing Victoria, southern New South Wales and Tasmania.
Sam’s professional services are principally provided for first mortgage security, financial reporting, due diligence for acquisition/disposal and stamp duty purposes, and he is also involved in the valuation of both freehold and leased water entitlements in the Southern Murray Darling Basin.
