Sam Saghir-Pashley

Sam is an Associate Director within CBRE's Capital Markets, Infrastructure, Industrial & Logistics division, specialising in capital markets transactions, capital raising mandates and joint venture structuring. Sam began his career in London in 2019, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) while supporting institutional investment advisory and capital deployment strategies. In 2022 he relocated to Singapore to join CBRE's Capital Advisors team, advising corporate and institutional investors on cross-border investment into the Pacific region, before transitioning to the Australian business in 2024. There he managed transactions end-to-end, from financial modelling at PropCo, OpCo and WholeCo level through to investment memorandums, underwriting, due diligence and investor engagement. In February 2026, Sam moved into Infrastructure and I&L Capital Markets, broadening his focus across both the data centre and industrial sector. Across his career, Sam has been involved in significant transactions representing multi-national corporates, institutional REITs, unlisted funds, private equity and private clients, through which he has developed comprehensive knowledge of investment, divestment and capital partnering strategies across the residential, logistics, retail and operational real estate sectors.
