Sophie joined CBRE in May 2021 as a Senior Associate and has over 20 years of experience in Construction and Property Industries in both the UK and Australia. Prior to joining CBRE Sophie worked for Napier & Blakeley, managing the VIC team and preparing tax depreciation schedules, asset registers and reinstatement cost assessments across all property sectors across Australia.
Sophie has worked for a large range of clients and projects and specialises in bringing her quantity surveying expertise to all her work. In recent years she has completed a large number of projects in the health care sector. Sophie likes to simplify the process for her clients and works with them to ensure the reports provide data in the format they require.
Sophie provides tax depreciation work throughout the life cycle of client’s investment properties from acquisition / development; refurbishment/redevelopment; tenancy turnovers through to disposal / re-development.
Sophie can also provide Victorian stamp duty declarations.
