Tahir is a Director within the Valuation & Advisory Services division based in the Sydney CBD office. He has over 10 year’s valuation experience in residential development, industrial and commercial properties.
Since joining CBRE in 2008, Tahir has worked within the Western Sydney, North Sydney and now the Sydney CBD office. Since being transferred to the Sydney CBD office in 2013 he has specialised solely in residential development valuations ranging from land subdivisions to high-rise mixed use projects across the Sydney Metropolitan area.
