Tania has over 22 years’ experience in the Gold Coast commercial market and oversees CBRE’s Gold Coast leasing business.
Tania has been instrumental in negotiating some of the largest office lease deals in the Gold Coast office market.
Since 2005 Tania has worked on the majority of new office developments both freehold and strata-title and in most cases participating from the initial design concept stage. Tania has a wide understanding of Gold Coast occupier drivers to enable better client outcomes and ensuring the right product is delivered to the market.
Whilst Tania is a market leader in the transactional side of the office market, she also understands the importance of providing strategic advice on market trends to her clients and is the longest serving member of Property Council of Australia’s Gold Coast Office Market report team, having participated since 2003 and has received numerous awards for her contribution to the office sector.
