Taylor Morris specialises in the sale of hotels, motels and accommodation assets across Queensland and New South Wales.
With five years’ experience in the hospitality property sector, Taylor has developed strong transactional experience across a broad range of accommodation assets. Throughout her career, she has been involved in sales totalling approximately $150 million, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the transaction process from campaign strategy and buyer engagement through to negotiation and completion.
Since joining CBRE Hotels, Taylor has built a strong transaction track record across Queensland and regional markets, including the sales of Runaway Bay Motor Inn, Rydges Mackay Suites, Mercure Rockhampton and The Brunswick Hotel.
Taylor has established a strong understanding of both vendor and buyer requirements, together with an in-depth knowledge of the hotel and motel investment market. She has a particular focus on motel investments, boutique accommodation and luxury lodges, with experience spanning metropolitan, coastal and regional markets.
