Tim joined the team as the NSW Analyst in the Industrial & Logistics team at CBRE in 2022. In this role, he has been instrumental in supporting the broader team by managing databases and tracking key transactions and market trends, ensuring the team remains informed and data-driven.
Shortly after beginning his role, Tim graduated from the University of Technology Sydney CUTS) with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance and Management. His academic background has provided him with a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic management, which he applies daily in his role.
For the past 18 months, Tim has been working under the guidance of industry leaders Michael O'Neill and Shaun Timbrell, specialising in the leasing and selling of industrial assets within the Central West Precinct.
