Tom is responsible for managing CBRE's Valuation & Advisory Services Business in Queensland. Tom heads up the Queensland retail valuation team, focusing on
shopping centres and large format retail assets.
Tom has over 20 years of valuation experience with his areas of expertise including detailed cashflow modelling, DCF analysis, acquisitions and disposals
consultancy, feasibility analysis, market rent assessments and 'As if Complete' assessments of proposed developments.
Tom has also been instrumental in the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of CBRE proprietary valuation models, which are utilised throughout Australia and New Zealand.
