Trevor has 20 years’ experience in the institutional grade Industrial & Logistics market. Having previously worked for industry leaders Goodman and Charter Hall across both Development and Portfolio Management Trevor brings with him a broad level of expertise. Trevor has transacted with a variety of the larger occupiers of industrial space across the country and has a solid network of relationships across the sector. From his previous National role with Charter Hall Trevor has excellent knowledge of the various state markets and this positions him well to represent clients with National footprints.

Coming from the institutional investor side of the property market he has an in-depth understanding and awareness of the financial mechanics involved in structuring lease negotiations and is able to provide informed advisory services to help deliver value for his clients. Trevor is highly experienced in all stages of development transactions from the initial project strategy through to delivery. This positions him well to provide strategic advice to his clients on both turn-key and pre-lease transactions.

Trevor has developed a thorough understanding of occupier requirements within the Industrial and logistics sector and is able to provide professional advice for all related issues including lease acquisition and agreement for lease negotiations, rent reviews, make good negotiations, disposals and all other aspects of tenant advocacy.
