Will is an Associate Director CBRE Debt & Structured Finance responsible for debt origination and advisory services.
He has built a strong track record in arranging and executing funding solutions across all sectors with a keen interest in multi-family and office transactions.
He comes from a real estate background with over 12 years of experience across a number of fields including real estate finance, valuation, advisory and investment sales.
Previously, Will was responsible for managing CBRE’s Loan Services portfolio which comprised in excess of AUD 2.5bn of funds under management.
Immediately prior to commencing with CBRE, Will was a Registered Valuer with LandMark White (Acumentis Group).
Will has a strong understanding of capital markets and real estate market fundamentals. He is relationship focused and seeks to understand client and transaction specific drivers in order to achieve superior outcomes.
