Premium properties from a range of asset classes including retail, residential, medical and mixed-use, valued at circa $50 million are up for sale as part of CBRE's third National Auction Series event.

Featuring a curated list of 11 properties from New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, the auction offers a range of investment opportunities. High-profile tenants, including Westpac, Icon Group and Grill’d Healthy Burgers, are expected to further enhance the appeal of these sought-after assets.

Among the properties for sale is The Wine Library, located at 18 – 20 Oxford Street, Woollahra. Operating as a well-established wine bar/restaurant, this is the first time the property has been listed for sale since 1980.

CBRE’s Capital Markets General Manager, Adrian Sacco said, “This portfolio features a diverse mix of assets, drawing in a broad range of interested purchasers as it provides both secure investments and value-add opportunities.

“In recent months, we have seen a notable increase in transactional activity, particularly in residential assets due to housing supply shortages, as well as commercial investments backed by strong tenants and favourable lease terms. Discerning investors are adopting a medium to long-term perspective, capitalising on the market rebound,” he added.

This portfolio includes:

– 102 Prices Highway Ulladulla: Retail freehold tenanted by Westpac Bank
