Add-on block in central Eyre Peninsula for sale

Scruffs, a 1,063ha property in central Eyre Peninsula, has been listed for sale by vendor Brad Agars and is expected to generate interest from farmers and investors seeking an add-on block or their first investment into the Agricultural sector. 

Comprising 618ha arable land, currently sown to Canola and Barley, the property is expected to generate interest in excess of $3,000 per arable hectare. 

Located at 1896 Tooligie Hill Road, Murlong, the property is currently operated under an annual share farming agreement, offering the opportunity for passive investors to continue this agreement in the future. 

The property is well-fenced and features two main paddocks, mains water supply, single-phase power and a multi-use shed with spray tanks. 

CBRE Agribusiness’s Phil Schell and Angus Bills are managing the sale via a two-stage Expression of Interest campaign, closing October 19, 2023.
