CBRE appoints new Capital Markets Director

CBRE has appointed Mitch Noonan as Director within the Capital Markets Office team.

Based in Sydney, Mr Noonan’s role will work closely with State Director, James Parry, supporting the business on major office transactions for institutional clients, while also providing support across the company’s focus on middle market clients.

Mr Noonan brings with him 14 years of transactional real estate experience, he commenced his career as a commercial sales and leasing operator before holding multiple roles across retail investment and office investment and development markets. 

Mitch has since specialised in the origination and execution of investment grade office and development transactions across Sydney's major office markets.

Mitch worked at CBRE for a year in 2017 as Associate Director, City Sales. James Parry and the team are looking forward to having him back.
