CBRE appoints new Capital Markets Head of Development

CBRE has appointed Trent Hobart as Head of Development within the Capital Markets Pacific team.

Based in Melbourne, Mr Hobart will lead the newly restructured National development team, looking after land and development site sales, with a particular focus on developments in the living sector.

Mr Hobart brings with him more than 18 years of real estate experience. Over the past five years he was involved in the sale of more than half of the major development sites sales across Melbourne’s CBD and city-fringe.

Trent worked at CBRE for seven years from 2007 and is delighted to be returning.
