CBRE appoints new Senior Director

CBRE has appointed Joe Bolster as Senior Director within the Office Valuation & Advisory Services team, strategically expanding the company's focus on the Sydney CBD and metropolitan office market valuations.

Bringing 16 years of commercial property experience, Mr Bolster specialises in valuing institutional-grade properties across Sydney's CBD & metropolitan office markets.

Based in Sydney, Mr Bolster will lead the Sydney and Canberra office teams, with a particular emphasis on the Sydney CBD market.

CBRE’s Head of Commercial Valuations Australia, Stephen Thomas said, “This is an exciting time, particularly for CBRE’s Sydney and national office team. Joe is a valuable addition to our business, bringing extensive experience and expertise in both the Sydney CBD and suburban office markets. His strong leadership qualities also complement our existing operations.”

Mr Bolster’s appointment follows two other key hires in the Sydney Valuation & Advisory Services team.

Liam Greentree recently joined with a focus on land lease communities, manufactured housing estates and caravan parks, following the appointment of Josh Marks to focus on Sydney’s metropolitan office markets and Canberra office markets.

“These three recent appointments have injected significant talent into the Sydney team, which we plan to keep expanding over the coming year,” Mr Thomas said.
