CBRE appoints Nick Peden to key Melbourne Capital Markets office role

Highly respected capital markets specialist Nick Peden has joined CBRE to lead its Middle Markets Office team in Melbourne.

In his CBRE Senior Director role, Mr Peden will have a primary focus on the CBD, City Fringe and Metro office markets, working within CBRE’s broader Capital Markets business.

CBRE’s Victorian Capital Markets Office leader Kiran Pillai said, “Nick brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, with the poise and drive needed to make an impact in the Middle Markets space. We’ve taken our time hiring into this role as we simply weren’t willing to compromise on our priorities for culture and building teams around great operators. We’re thrilled to have Nick join the business.”

Mr Peden has successfully transacted more than $6 billion in property throughout his career.

“His strategic and creative approach to property solutions will help our clients maximise the value of their assets as the market recalibrates,” Mr Pillai said.

Mr Peden commences in his new role today, based in CBRE’s Exhibition Street office.
