CBRE expand its Cairns property management portfolio

The owners of Cairns Home Improvement Centre have purchased the neighbouring large format retail and office complex, Home Co, and appointed CBRE Cairns as the property manager.

Located at 147-161 Draper Street, the 11,332sqm retail complex is tenanted by Amart Furniture, Toy World, Services Australia and two specialty stores.

Both properties are centrally situated in Portsmith, Cairns’ dominant large format retail precinct adjacent to the CBD.

CBRE has been managing the Cairns Home Improvement Centre at 131-145 Draper Street since 2019. The centre is tenanted by Anaconda, Nick Scali, Fantastic Furniture, Snooze and Intersport and shares a car park with 147-161 Draper Street.
