CBRE has boosted its national government valuation capability with Todd Svanberg and Ty Noble joining the firm, bringing significant expertise across Commonwealth, State and Local Government asset portfolios.

Appointed as Senior Directors, Government, Valuation & Advisory Services, Mr Svanberg and Mr Noble have expertise across every asset class from plant and equipment, through to infrastructure, cultural collections, education and heritage assets.

Their combined experience on Australia's largest and most complex public sector mandates will expand the reach of CBRE's Valuations team across the full Federal Government landscape.

Mr Svanberg joins from JLL and brings more than 20 years' experience specialising in government asset valuation including the Department of Defence and Snowy Hydro.

"Government asset valuation requires a level of precision and accountability that goes beyond standard commercial work. CBRE has the platform, the tools and the national presence to deliver that at scale. I'm looking forward to building on the relationships I've developed across the Commonwealth and bringing real depth to what the Valuations team can offer government clients," Mr Svanberg said.

Mr Noble also joins from JLL and brings more than 25 years' experience in government asset valuations including the Department of Defence and the National Gallery of Australia's $6.5 billion collection with the world's largest collection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art.

"Public sector clients are managing some of Australia's most significant and complex asset portfolios, and they need advisors who understand that responsibility. CBRE is the right place to do that work at the highest level. I'm excited to be part of a team that shares that commitment," Mr Noble added.
