Five inner-city Brisbane residential development sites up for sale

Five inner city Brisbane residential development sites with a combined value of circa $9 million are set to go under the hammer at CBRE’s new Metro Auction Series. 

The small-scale development sites ranging from $900,000 to $3.5 million are located in Annerley, Holland Park, Gaythorne and Everton Hills. All have DA approvals, ranging from townhouses, through to land subdivisions and units. 

CBRE’s Will Carman and Mitch Witherow are managing the sales on behalf of the 5 vendors who are a mix of local private developers and longtime owner-occupiers. 

“Due to the huge under supply of residential property across Queensland and, in particular, Brisbane, and to try to help tackle the affordability of housing, we have chosen to focus the Metro Auction Series on quality inner city residential development sites,” Mr Carman said. 

“We expect this portfolio of smaller scale development sites to generate interest from local builders, developers and investors around the country.”
