Industrial warehouse in Silverwater changes hands for $12.2 million

A Sydney-based owner occupier has acquired a premium industrial warehouse for $12.2 million as the successful bidder at a competitive auction.

Located at 3 Millennium Court Silverwater, the 1,536sqm freestanding warehouse is situated on a 2,131sqm site.

CBRE’s Robert Dowdy managed the campaign for the property and noted strong interest from a range of potential buyers.

“A-Grade buildings like this rarely become available. We received more than 200 enquiries throughout the sales campaign and had 12 registered bidders, a mix of owner occupiers and investors, hotly contesting the auction,” Mr Dowdy said.

Built in 2003, the warehouse features concrete panel construction and is situated moments from Sydney’s major arterial roads providing direct access to Silverwater Road, Parramatta Road, Victoria Road, James Ruse Drove and the M4 Motorway.
