Beyond Limited, a publicly listed Taiwanese storage solutions provider specialising in data management, has acquired a Western Sydney warehouse and office asset for $10 million.

CBRE's Janet Joljian and Nicholas Kennedy managed the sale of 21-23 Elizabeth Street, Wetherill Park.

Ms Joljian noted there was strong buyer competition throughout the campaign which resulted in the asset achieving a premium building rate of $6,337/sqm.

"The transaction underscores the strength of owner occupier and strategic investor demand for high quality industrial facilities offering a combination of corporate grade improvements, operational functionality, and prime exposure within Western Sydney's premier industrial precinct," Ms Joljian added.

The property comprises a 1,578sqm two-level headquarters-style warehouse and office facility, prominently positioned on a 2,350sqm site with exceptional exposure to passing traffic.

Beyond Limited, the new owner-occupier, will move into the building following a five-month vendor lease back.
