Jamus Campbell joins CBRE’s Victorian Middle Markets Office team

CBRE has further strengthened its Victorian Middle Markets Office team with the appointment of industry expert Jamus Campbell.

In his CBRE Director role, Mr Campbell will have a primary focus on the CBD, City Fringe and Metro office markets, working within CBRE’s broader Capital Markets business.

CBRE’s Victorian Middle Markets Office leader Nick Peden said, “Jamus has spent the past nine years in the private investment and development sector, focusing on office fund-through and repositioning opportunities, in addition to retail, residential and industrial projects. Combined with his prior commercial agency experience, this brings a unique skill set to the team.”

“Jamus’ deep industry connections and experience within the private sector will be invaluable in delivering superior outcomes for our clients as the market recalibrates,” Mr Peden added.

Mr Campbell commences in his new role today, based in CBRE’s Exhibition Street office.
