Leasing Teams and Rising Star Win Dexus Awards

CBRE’s leasing and consulting business took home wins across three categories at the Dexus Excellence in Agency Awards.
 
CBRE was awarded Office Agency of the Year and Industrial Development Transaction of the Year, while Megan Kay, Associate Director in Brisbane’s Office Investor team, was named Rising Star of the Year.
 
The awards ceremony was held in Sydney to celebrate the success of Dexus’ office and industrial partnerships in FY26.
 
CBRE’s Head of Office Leasing, Pacific, Tim Courtnall noted the recognition reflected the strength of the client partnership.
 
“I am proud of our service offering to Dexus and this award reflects the exceptional work of our teams across the country who have demonstrated proactivity and initiative while completing transactions and brokerage deals across their portfolio,” Mr Courtnall said.

“Megan, who was awarded Rising Star of the Year, started her career with CBRE as an Assistant Property Manager in 2021, before moving to brokerage and is going from strength to strength with a strong commercial acumen and understanding of her client’s investment objectives,” he added.
  
CBRE’s Sydney Outer and North West Industrial & Logistics team of Matthew Alessi, Brendan Wein, Moshe Greengarten and John Micallef won the Industrial Development Transaction of the Year.
 
The award recognised four separate leasing transactions, a total of 21,341 sqm, by the team within Dexus' Vertex Industrial Estate.
