Milligram’s SA flagship store coming June 2024

Milligram, an Australian based stationery retailer, is opening its first South Australia store in Adelaide’s Rundle Mall. 

Milligram has signed a seven-year lease for the 133sqm store that is set to open in June 2024, marking the company's third new store opening in the past 18 months and ninth store overall.  

Known for its immersive spaces, state-of-the-art design, and inviting energy, Milligram stores offer a premium experience for customers. 

“We are delighted to expand our presence to South Australia and join the vibrant community of Adelaide,” Milligram CEO and Founder, Scott Druce said.

CBRE’s Julia Pottenger negotiated the lease deal on behalf of local vendors. 

“This is a fantastic outcome for one of our best local clients. The tenancy underwent a full cosmetic upgrade following the last tenant relocating and we are delighted to have successfully secured Milligram for its first SA store,” Ms Pottenger said. 

“Vacancy at the mall is at an all-time low but demand is still very strong for new brands coming into the SA market.”
